Accessibility and Availability

Neighborhood

Quiet rural river-valley setting near the historic Cataldo Mission/Old Mission State Park (the oldest standing building in Idaho). Scenic views of the Coeur d’Alene River valley, local parks and trails nearby; small-town/silver-mining–era towns (Wallace, Kellogg) and outdoor recreation (fishing, hiking, ATV trails, snowmobile routes) within short drives. Expect limited walkability and few on-site shops or restaurants — nearest groceries and dining are in Smelterville or Pinehurst; full services in Coeur d’Alene.

Guest Access

Cataldo, ID, United States

Car is the primary mode — guests will drive to reach groceries, restaurants and trailheads. Interstate 90 runs just south of the home, providing the main east–west route. Local roads are rural, driveway is gravel. Nearest public regional airport with major commercial service is Spokane International Airport (GEG) about 35–55 minutes by car depending on route and traffic. Coeur d’Alene/Pappy Boyington Field (COE) is a smaller regional airport with limited flights and charter options. Public transit is minimal to non-existent locally; car rentals or private shuttles from Spokane are typical.
